Manager, Treasury & Cash at MTN Ghana

About the Role

We are seeking a Manager, Treasury & Cash to join our team at MTN Ghana. This full-time position offers the opportunity to oversee critical financial operations and contribute to our organization's financial health and stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage bank accounts, investments, and collections across various branches
• Develop and maintain cash forecasting duties
• Supervise and review reconciliation of all bank accounts to cash books
• Ensure cash and bank balances align with SLAs without long overdue outstanding items
• Identify cost-optimization opportunities for banking service charges
• Review and verify accuracy of interest charges and bank fees, maintaining an interest register
• Review FX reports and ensure proper revaluation of FX bank account balances
• Monitor timely and expedited processing of transfers by banks
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all transfer documentation
