Position Overview
MTN Ghana seeks a Manager of Retail Experience to lead our retail operations within a dynamic, technology-driven telecommunications environment. This full-time role reports directly to senior leadership and operates within a performance-driven culture that prioritizes Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives.

You will work within:
- Technology and Platform business division
- Multi-regulation and multifaceted stakeholder management environment

- Regionalization framework with sophisticated, high-value client base development
- Diverse cultural workforce with extended management responsibilities
