Manager, Finance Business Partner-Stakeholder at MTN Ghana

About the Role

We are seeking a Finance Business Partner Manager to serve as a dedicated finance resource for assigned functional areas within MTN Ghana. This role bridges the gap between stakeholder business units and Finance operations, ensuring alignment of business expectations and appropriate management of employee needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the finance resource dedicated to assigned functional areas
• Provide support on planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the Line of Business (LoB)
• Provide insights and challenge processes to ensure business plans are commercially robust from initiation
• Guide and advise internal clients on financial implications of actions and decisions
• Provide appropriate finance support to the LoB to create competitive advantage and enhance shareholder value
• Deliver decision support to LoB leadership from a finance perspective
• Collaborate with Finance Centres of Excellence (CoE) and Opco Finance Business Partners to develop and implement integrated financial planning strategies
• Identify and mitigate risks to protect MTN business from potential losses
• Ensure compliance with external regulatory requirements, including disclosure and reporting obligations
• Foster a conducive, customer-focused environment aligned with MTN culture
• Liaise with divisional heads and managers to understand specific financial operations requirements
• Support business as the first point of contact for various Finance operational activities, including taxation and payment processing
