Manager, API & New Business at MoMo from MTN

About the Role

The Manager – API & New Business role is designed for a self-driven, tech-savvy individual with deep understanding of platform management from a technology perspective and experience in Industry 4.0. This position requires orchestrating a variety of stakeholders in accordance with the MoMo from MTN platform and API business model to achieve shared vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage external developer communities and oversee API roadmap execution, including releases, configurations, usage and performance tracking
• Support the Senior Manager in managing new business verticals such as Digital Currency, Digital Banking, and Open Banking
• Identify and evaluate future business opportunities within the fintech ecosystem
• Manage fintech innovation from MoMo from MTN partners, including MNOs, Fintech providers, FSPs, Governments, and other disruptive innovation sources
• Drive value co-creation and revenue generation through robust partnerships
• Maintain customer experience as a top priority in all product design decisions
• Manage contract employees and coordinate across multiple teams
• Monitor API performance metrics and track usage patterns
