About the Position

Prudential Trust is seeking a dedicated Loan Officer to join our team in Accra, Ghana. In this full-time role, you will excel in meeting customers' expectations by answering questions about products and services, processing orders, and resolving any issues that arise. You will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building lasting business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads and identify new business opportunities
• Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries professionally
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Resolve complaints and follow up on resolutions to ensure satisfaction
• Identify customers' financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Meet and exceed sales objectives
• Follow all company procedures and policies

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Strong telephone etiquette and professional communication
• Familiarity with CRM tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to adapt to different personalities and work styles
