• Master's degree in Library Science (MLS), Master's in Librarianship, or Master's in Information Science/Management

• Names and contact details of three referees (one must have served as Head of Department within the past five years)
• A vision statement of no more than two pages
• Two passport-sized pictures (for non-academic applicants)
• References from the university system (for academics)
