Lecturers/Teaching Staff at Darda Health Pre-University Ltd

Position Overview

Darda Health Pre-University Ltd is seeking experienced lecturers and teaching staff to deliver instruction at the pre-tertiary (secondary) level. In this role, you will motivate students to retake weak or failed SHS subjects while introducing foundational pre-health degree curricula. You will report to the Director.

Main Responsibilities

• Teach at least three of the following subjects: Mathematics, Integrated Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Management in Living, Communication Skills, English Language, Social Studies, History, CRS, Government, and GKA
• Prepare students for West African Senior High School Certificate Examinations (WASSCE)
• Develop course outlines and deliver instruction based on WAEC and GES (Ghana Education Service) syllabi for secondary and business diploma courses in business administration, human resources, accounting, marketing, and office practice
• Conduct student assessments and maintain detailed records
• Evaluate trainee performance each semester through assignments, quizzes, and tests
• Provide counseling and organize micro-teaching sessions for struggling students
• Plan and implement remedial curricula activities for referred trainees

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in your area of specialization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Technological aptitude with willingness to learn new tools and platforms
• Strong commitment to team collaboration focused on student engagement, success, and well-being
• High level of maturity, confidentiality, and integrity in professional conduct
