Position Overview
The Junior Key Account Manager is responsible for delivering net sales, volume, NPAT, and market share targets for an account, channel, or geographic area. This role plays an integral part in using a team approach across all functional areas (customer marketing, operations, finance, and logistics) to develop business and profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Planning: Implement strategies consistent with broader organizational vision
- Account management across assigned territories
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve growth objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution
- Monitor internal factors including brands, categories, and accounts
- Evaluate external factors including suppliers, vendors, distributor capacities, and customers
