Beacon International School is a Christian educational institution located in Peduase, near Aburi, Ghana (behind the Peduase Presidential Lodge). The school offers an enhanced curriculum at the Preschool and Primary levels, and provides both the Cambridge International and Ghana Education Service (GES) curricula at the Secondary level.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Teach IT and Robotics across the school curriculum
• Provide differentiated learning methods to suit students' unique aptitudes in the classroom
• Lead and participate in all aspects of school life, not just in teaching
• Create a safe and respectful environment for optimal learning
• Meet deadlines and contribute to school development initiatives

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of a 1st Degree in IT, Robotics, or a related subject area
• At least 3 years of working experience in a related field
• Genuine Christian commitment with a desire to contribute to moral and educational development
• Passion for IT and Robotics

Desirable Qualifications

• Knowledge or experience teaching the Cambridge International Education curriculum
