About the Role

We are seeking International Real Estate Representatives to join our Accra satellite Contact Centre. In this role, you will handle inbound calls from American customers regarding real estate-related transactions, providing professional support and guidance throughout their interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and process inbound calls from American customers
Assist with real estate-related transactions and inquiries
Provide exceptional customer service and support

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or HND Certification
Fluency in English with exceptional verbal communication skills
Age requirement: 25–39 years old

What We Offer

Comprehensive training program (prior sales or marketing experience not required)
Monday to Friday work schedule, 1:30 PM–10:00 PM
