## Title: International Contact Centre Representative

About the Role

An American BPO company is seeking International Contact Centre Representatives for its Accra-based office. In this full-time position, you will focus on sales and marketing campaigns, engaging with customers in the USA and Canada.

Key Responsibilities

Execute sales and marketing campaigns targeting customers in North America
Provide exceptional customer service and support
Achieve sales targets and performance metrics
Maintain professional communication standards

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree, HND Certification, or Diploma
Fluent in English with exceptional verbal communication skills
Previous sales and marketing experience required
Age: 25-39 years old
