## Title: International Contact Centre Representative

About the Role

An American BPO company is seeking International Contact Centre Representatives for its Accra-based office. In this full-time position, you will focus on sales and marketing campaigns serving customers in the USA and Canada.

Key Responsibilities

Execute sales and marketing campaigns targeting North American customers
Provide exceptional customer service and support
Meet performance targets and contribute to team objectives

Requirements

Fluent English speaker with exceptional verbal communication skills
Previous sales and marketing experience required
Bachelor's Degree, HND Certification, or Diploma
Age: 25–39 years old
Available to work Monday to Friday, 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM
