## Title: International Contact Centre Representative

About the Role

An American BPO Company is seeking International Contact Centre Representatives to work in our Accra-based office. You will focus on sales and marketing campaigns with customers in the USA and Canada.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct sales and marketing campaigns targeting customers in North America
Provide exceptional customer service through verbal communication
Meet performance targets and contribute to team goals

Requirements

Fluent in English with exceptional verbal communication skills
Previous sales and marketing experience required
Bachelor's Degree, HND Certification, or Diploma
Age: 25-39 years old
