## Title: International Contact Centre Representative

About the Role

An American BPO Company is seeking International Contact Centre Representatives to work in our Accra-based centre. You will focus on sales and marketing campaigns, engaging with customers across the USA and Canada.

Key Responsibilities

Execute sales and marketing campaigns with international customers
Provide excellent customer service and support
Meet performance targets and sales objectives

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree, HND Certification, or Diploma
Age: 25–39 years old
Fluent in English with exceptional verbal communication skills
Previous sales and marketing experience required
Willingness to complete training program
