Internal Auditor at Bagabaga College of Education

Job Summary

The Internal Auditor will provide independent, objective assurance and consulting services designed to add value and improve Bagabaga College of Education's operations. The successful candidate will help the College accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve risk management, control, and governance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Exercise professional and administrative supervision over internal audit staff to ensure the College's internal auditing system is efficient and effective
• Conduct periodic internal audits of the College and submit reports to the Audit Implementation Committee through the Principal
• Provide independent assurance and consulting services to support institutional objectives

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent qualification)
• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Membership in the Institute of Internal Auditors
• Membership in a recognized professional accounting association
• Minimum 4 years of experience working as a Deputy Internal Auditor in a College of Education or similar position in a comparable institution or organization
