Hydraulic Mining Shovel Mechanics at Mantrac Ghana LTD

Position Overview

Mantrac Ghana LTD is seeking experienced Hydraulic Mining Shovel Mechanics to join our team in Accra.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum MVT/MET Part 1 certification
• Minimum of 3 years hands-on post-qualification experience with Earth Moving Heavy Equipment and/or Drill Rigs
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret technical literature
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Ghanaian driver's license (Class BE) minimum requirement
• Strong understanding and practical usage of CAT SIS and Electronic Technician (ET) software
• Experience with Caterpillar Field Service (advantageous)

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Perform maintenance and repair operations on hydraulic mining shovels
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as required
• Ability to work in noisy and dirty environments
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent reading and writing skills
