Job Summary
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the successful candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of HR strategies, systems, policies, and procedures. The role holder will provide guidance and support in the administration of HR functions to create a harmonious and productive working environment. The objective is to attract, develop, motivate, and retain talented professionals who will perform optimally toward the attainment of the company's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Establish and manage HR systems, policies, and procedures
- Provide guidance and support in all HR function administration
- Foster a positive and harmonious working environment
- Attract, develop, motivate, and retain high-caliber talent
- Report directly to the Chief Executive Officer
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related discipline
- MBA or master's degree in a related field
Required Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience
- At least 3-4 years in a senior managerial role
- HR Generalist experience preferred
- Experience functioning in a unionized working environment preferred
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred
