## Title: Assistant Registrar (Administrative Support)

Position Overview

Heritage Christian College (HCC), located in Amasaman, Accra, is seeking an Assistant Registrar (Administrative Support) to join a growing team that values talent and dedication.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and coordinating support for the Deans of Schools and Heads of Departments
  • Assist in the implementation of decisions and policies of the schools and departments
  • Ensure that proper records management systems for the schools and departments follow existing approved procedures and regulations of HCC
  • Provide administrative support for the Registrar by serving as recorder to committees as may be assigned

Required Qualifications

  • A good second degree in one of the following fields: Business Administration, Communications, Management, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience

Required Competencies

  • General knowledge and experience of university administration, systems, procedures, and structures
  • Knowledge of Ghana Tertiary Education Commission requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Professional report writing skills
