Position Overview
Heritage Christian College (HCC), located in Amasaman, Accra, is seeking an Assistant Registrar (Administrative Support) to join a growing team that values talent and dedication.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and coordinating support for the Deans of Schools and Heads of Departments
- Assist in the implementation of decisions and policies of the schools and departments
- Ensure that proper records management systems for the schools and departments follow existing approved procedures and regulations of HCC
- Provide administrative support for the Registrar by serving as recorder to committees as may be assigned
Required Qualifications
- A good second degree in one of the following fields: Business Administration, Communications, Management, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or related disciplines
- A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience
Required Competencies
- General knowledge and experience of university administration, systems, procedures, and structures
- Knowledge of Ghana Tertiary Education Commission requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional report writing skills
