## Title: Head of Recovery

About the Role

A reputable financial institution is seeking a qualified, dynamic, and results-oriented professional to join its growing team as Head of Recovery. The successful candidate will contribute to the institution's mission of providing exceptional financial services and strengthening operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all loan recovery operations and strategies
Develop and implement recovery policies and action plans
Monitor non-performing loans and ensure effective follow-up
Lead negotiations and restructuring for major delinquent accounts
Supervise and guide recovery team to achieve set targets

Required Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's degree is an added advantage)
Minimum 10 years of work experience in credit recovery or collections
5+ years in a Senior Management role
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills

Location

Accra, Tamale, Koforidua, Kumasi, Takoradi, Techiman, Wa, Bolgatanga, Ho, or Sunyani, Ghana
