Head of Recovery at Reputable Financial Institution

About the Role

A reputable financial institution is seeking a qualified, dynamic, and results-oriented professional to join its team as Head of Recovery. The successful candidate will contribute to the institution's mission of providing exceptional financial services and strengthening operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all loan recovery operations and strategies
• Develop and implement recovery policies and action plans
• Monitor non-performing loans and ensure effective follow-up
• Lead negotiations and restructuring for major delinquent accounts
• Supervise and guide the recovery team to achieve set targets

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's degree is an added advantage)
• Minimum of 10 years of work experience in credit recovery or collections
• 5+ years in a Senior Management role
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
