Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to lead Medical and Performance initiatives for our International Academy squad. You will operate across the continuum of injury risk reduction, rehabilitation, and performance enhancement within our long-term player development model.

Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively within the Human Performance Group
• Oversee medical and physical aspects of the International Academy squad
• Manage injury diagnosis, rehabilitation, and sideline care
• Provide training and match coverage
• Design and implement training periodization and gym programming
• Analyze GPS data and develop individualized physical development programming
• Use data-driven decision-making to ensure best practices for all athletes
• Provide extensive travel support for tours and tournaments throughout the year

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physiotherapy or Physical Therapy
• Relevant work experience in a football setting
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Highly motivated with adaptability to challenging environments
• Strong ability to make quick decisions in dynamic situations

Preferred Qualifications

• Background and experience in strength and conditioning and/or sport science
• Work experience with youth athletes
• Experience with data collection and testing
• Experience communicating with coaches and technical staff
