## Title: Head of Marketing and Business Development

About the Role

Awutu Emasa Rural Bank LTD is seeking a qualified Head of Marketing and Business Development to lead strategic marketing initiatives and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Shape and maintain the company's brand identity in the market
Oversee the conception, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various online and offline channels
Conduct thorough market research, analyze trends, and monitor competitor activities to inform strategies and identify new opportunities
Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments to drive revenue growth
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders to facilitate growth
Drive sales and increase revenues for the bank

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field
Master's Degree is an added advantage
