About the Role

Builsa Community Bank is seeking a qualified, dynamic, and results-oriented professional to fill the position of Head of Internal Audit. This is a full-time opportunity for an individual with strong expertise in internal audit functions and a commitment to excellence.

Upper East Region, Ghana

Key Responsibilities

As Head of Internal Audit, you will lead the internal audit function and ensure compliance with banking regulations and organizational policies.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a First Degree in Banking and Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• A higher qualification or professional qualification, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in auditing
• Proficiency in computer systems, including T24 Banking software
• Strong communication skills and team player mentality
• Ability to adapt to local working conditions
