About the Role

A premium specialist hospital located in Bolgatanga, Upper East Regional Capital, is seeking an experienced Head of Human Resources for a permanent, full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

As Head of Human Resources, you will lead all HR functions and strategic initiatives for the hospital.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources Management
• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification work experience
• Demonstrated experience in the health sector
• Evidence of continuing professional development and training in management
• Membership of CIHRMP (added advantage)
