## Title: Head of Finance

About the Role

A reputable financial institution is seeking a qualified, dynamic, and results-oriented professional to join its growing team as Head of Finance. The successful candidate will contribute to the institution's mission of providing exceptional financial services and strengthening operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead financial planning, budgeting, and reporting
Develop and enforce financial policies and controls
Manage audits, tax compliance, and financial risks
Provide strategic financial advice to management and supervise finance staff

Required Qualifications & Experience

Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's degree is an added advantage)
Chartered Accountant certification (ACCA/ICAG/CIMA/CPA)
Minimum of 10 years of work experience, with 5+ years in a senior management role
Proficiency in T24 software is an added advantage

Accra, Tamale, Koforidua, Kumasi, Takoradi, Techiman, Wa, Bolgatanga, Ho, or Sunyani, Ghana
