About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Graphic Designer / Visual Media Specialist to join the founding team of a prestigious new four-star hotel opening soon in Tema. If you are passionate about excellence and thrive in high-performance environments, we invite you to apply for this key position.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure full compliance with the hotel's brand visual identity guidelines
Oversee end-to-end production of print materials, including brochures, menus, and keycard holders
Develop digital media content, including social media graphics, dynamic digital menus, and promotional videos
Create email marketing templates and other promotional materials

Required Qualifications & Experience

Proven track record in graphic design and visual media production
Experience in hospitality or luxury brand environments preferred
Proficiency in digital design tools and software
Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence
