About the Role

We are seeking a talented, creative, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate must be skilled in digital design, branding, and product artwork creation, with the ability to work fast and meet deadlines in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality designs for customized souvenirs, engraved items, branded merchandise, and personalized gifts
• Develop concepts for logos, brand identity materials, flyers, posters, banners, and marketing content
• Prepare artwork layouts and mock-ups for production and client approval
• Work closely with the marketing and production team to ensure accurate output of designs
• Design graphics for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.)
• Assist with product photography, simple editing, and creative visual presentation
• Interpret client briefs accurately and deliver designs that meet expectations
• Make revisions quickly and professionally when required
• Ensure timely delivery of all design projects

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proficiency in CorelDRAW (most important), Photoshop, or Illustrator
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, product design, and creative works
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong sense of visual aesthetics
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience in a printing, branding, or engraving environment is an added advantage
• Minimum of HND/BSc in any relevant field (not compulsory if highly skilled)

Applicants should be based around Madina, Adenta, or East Legon areas.
