Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to oversee day-to-day business activities, improve overall business functions, and drive strategic growth for our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily business operations
- Develop and implement growth strategies
- Train and supervise department heads and low-level managers
- Create and manage budgets
- Improve revenue generation
- Hire and manage employees
- Evaluate performance and productivity
- Analyze accounting and financial data
- Research and identify growth opportunities
- Generate reports and deliver presentations
- Develop company policies and communicate business goals
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 1st Degree in Building Technology or related field
- Membership of a recognized professional body
- MBA or professional qualification in Marketing (preferred)
Required Experience
- Minimum 10 years of post-qualification relevant working experience
- Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience in the building and construction industry
- Minimum 3 years in a managerial position with a reputable multinational or local construction and real estate company
- Experience in a housing institution (advantageous)

- Strong project management and development skills
- Ability to influence and negotiate contracts
- Marketing expertise for the company's social housing products
- Strategic planning and business development capabilities
