Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to oversee day-to-day business activities, improve overall business functions, and drive strategic growth for our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations
• Develop and implement growth strategies
• Train and supervise department heads and low-level managers
• Create and manage budgets
• Improve revenue generation
• Hire and manage employees
• Evaluate performance and productivity
• Analyze accounting and financial data
• Research and identify growth opportunities
• Generate reports and deliver presentations
• Develop company policies and communicate business goals

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 1st Degree in Building Technology or related field
• Membership of a recognized professional body
• MBA or professional qualification in Marketing (preferred)

Required Experience

• Minimum 10 years of post-qualification relevant working experience
• Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience in the building and construction industry
• Minimum 3 years in a managerial position with a reputable multinational or local construction and real estate company
• Experience in a housing institution (advantageous)
