About the Role

Design & Technology Institute is seeking a Gender Specialist to lead gender strategy and mainstreaming initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead gender strategy and mainstreaming initiatives
• Train staff and students on gender inclusion
• Build partnerships and drive advocacy programs
• Monitor gender indicators and measure impact

Qualifications & Experience Required

• Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Expert knowledge in gender frameworks and monitoring & evaluation (M&E)
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Policy knowledge and training experience
