## Title: Fundraiser

About the Role

An institution of Higher Education is seeking a Fundraiser to develop and implement innovative strategies for raising funds and grants. This is a full-time position based in Accra, Ghana.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify and apply innovative strategies to raise funds and grants
Manage fundraising activities under the oversight of the Board of Trustees
Maintain high standards of integrity and professionalism in all fundraising activities

Required Qualities

Pleasant disposition and positive attitude
Strong team player with excellent communication skills
Enthusiasm and passion for fundraising work
High integrity and sound judgment
Professional approach to all activities

Qualifications & Experience

Master's Degree (preferably MBA) in Marketing or Public Relations
