About the Role
Kinno Hotel, a luxurious destination, is seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all front office operations and guest services
- Manage front office staff and ensure exceptional service standards
- Handle guest relations and resolve complaints professionally
- Implement and maintain service protocols and operational procedures
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of front office management experience in a four-star or above hotel
- Minimum 2 years as Assistant Front Manager or Front Office Manager
- Pre-opening experience, including system setup and service standard formulation
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in Opera PMS and CRM/revenue tools such as IDeaS
