Position Overview

Fiagya Rural Bank PLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to join our organization in Nkoranza, Bono-East Region.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Minimum of First Degree in Banking and Finance, Economics, Accounting, Marketing, or related fields
• Higher or professional qualifications are advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of working experience, with at least 5 years in Banking
• Minimum of 5 years as an Operations Manager or Branch Manager
• Knowledge and experience in managing Susu activities is advantageous

• Ability to maintain concentration and multitask effectively
• Capacity to flourish and operate in a team environment
• Comprehensive and practical knowledge of relevant banking laws and regulations
• Ability to make sound financial decisions
• Advanced understanding of allocated area's operation activities, methods, rules, and processes
• Computer literacy with proficiency in T24 Banking software
• Excellent communication skills and adaptability to local conditions
• Minimum age requirement: 35 years
