Primary Role
The Facilities Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive management of Mantrac Ghana's facility portfolio. This includes overseeing the planning, maintenance, repairs, cleaning, safety, security and strategic development of all corporate offices, service workshops, warehouses and logistics yards.
The role ensures these facilities operate efficiently, safely and cost effectively to support the business's technical and customer service operations. The Facilities Manager is also a key driver in sustainability, compliance, risk mitigation and facility modernization.

- IT proficiency (Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Facility Management software)
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, or related field
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk working on a computer
- Ability to lift objects, potentially up to 40 pounds, for tasks such as handling materials or equipment
- Standing or walking for extended periods for inspecting facilities or making rounds
- Ability to climb ladders to access equipment or inspect areas
