Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Sekondi-Takoradi. The Export Sales Specialist will be responsible for:

• Processing export documentations accurately and effectively
• Tracking and processing shipping bookings
• Coordinating with warehouse for export arrangements
• Managing day-to-day communication and customer service tasks
• Promoting and expanding the market for high-quality ceramic tiles in Ghana and West Africa
• Sales and sales management activities to support business growth

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in International Trade or related field
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Sales and sales management capabilities
• Experience with export documentation and P.I arrangements
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of the ceramics industry is beneficial
