Position Overview

Ernest Chemists Limited, a leading pharmaceutical company in Ghana, seeks a hands-on Medical Representative to be based in its Kumasi office. You will oversee day-to-day operations in Kumasi and drive pharmaceutical sales across the Northern Sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed sales goals
• Grow portfolio through the development of new leads and contacts
• Prospect for new customers within the assigned territory and sell company products
• Manage the existing customer base through regular visits and follow-up
• Create positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
• Ensure excellent customer service through consistent client engagement
• Research and identify opportunities in new and existing markets
• Grow market share of assigned products by scouting for new clients and maintaining existing relationships
• Ensure in-store visibility of company products through provision of regular and relevant information on products, prices, and promotions
• Prepare and submit periodic marketing and sales reports (weekly, monthly, and quarterly)
• Conduct monthly and quarterly reviews of marketing and sales strategies
• Participate in the organization of trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional activities to increase marketing and sales
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Applied Science, Pharmacy, or related field
• Minimum of five (5) years' experience as a Medical Representative
