## Title: Drill Mechanic

About the Role

Mantrac Ghana LTD is hiring experienced Drill Mechanics to join our team in Accra. This is a full-time position within our Engineering division, working with heavy equipment and drill rigs.

Qualifications Required

Minimum MVT/MET Part 1 certification
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on post-qualification experience with Earth Moving Heavy Equipment/Drill Rigs
Valid Ghanaian driver's license (BE category)

Key Skills & Experience

Ability to read, understand, and interpret technical literature
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Good understanding and usage of CAT SIS and Electronic Technician (ET) systems
Experience in Caterpillar field service (advantageous)
Excellent reading and writing skills

Working Conditions

Prepared to work long hours and weekends
Able to work in noisy and dirty environments
Capable of working with minimal supervision
