Drill Mechanics at Mantrac Ghana LTD

About the Role

Mantrac Ghana LTD is hiring experienced Drill Mechanics to join our team in Accra. This is a full-time position in the engineering sector, working with heavy earth-moving equipment and drill rigs.

Qualifications Required

• Minimum of MVT/MET Part 1 certification
• Ghanaian driver's license (Class BE)

Experience Required

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on post-qualification experience with Earth Moving Heavy Equipment and Drill Rigs
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret technical literature
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Good understanding and usage of CAT SIS and Electronic Technician (ET) systems
• Experience in Caterpillar field service (advantageous)

Key Requirements

• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends
• Ability to work in noisy and dirty environments
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent reading and writing skills
