Job Summary

The Education, Training and Advocacy (ETA) Director leads, develops, and manages the ETA team in-country through program and project design, collaboration, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and reporting. This role works in alignment with established approval processes and in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the ETA team in-country
  • Design and develop education, training, and advocacy programs and projects
  • Engage and manage stakeholder and partner relationships
  • Lead program and project co-design with support from Program Design, Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning and Development (PDMELD)
  • Support ETA teams to implement projects towards achievement of programmatic goals
  • Work with MELD to evaluate the impact of projects
  • Monitor and evaluate program performance and outcomes
  • Prepare reports on program progress and impact
