Job Summary
The Education, Training and Advocacy (ETA) Director leads, develops, and manages the ETA team in-country through program and project design, collaboration, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and reporting. This role works in alignment with established approval processes and internal stakeholders, while engaging and managing stakeholder and partner relationships. The Director will lead program and project co-design with support from the Program Design, Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning and Development (PDMELD) team, support ETA teams to implement projects towards achievement of programmatic goals, and work together with MELD to evaluate the impact of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and manage the ETA team in-country
- Design, collaborate on, implement, monitor, evaluate and report on programs and projects
- Engage and manage stakeholder and partner relationships
- Lead program and project co-design in collaboration with PDMELD
- Support ETA teams in implementing projects to achieve programmatic goals
- Work with MELD to evaluate project impact
