Job Summary
Join our sales and distribution department as a Direct Sales Supervisor. You will support the Regional Sales Manager in achieving activation and sales objectives while working in accordance with company policies and procedures. This role focuses on continuously improving current and future business performance.
As Direct Sales Supervisor, you will create team spirit based on company values, stimulate innovation, and maintain customer focus throughout operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow businesses in assigned regions by recruiting and managing mobile agents
- Provide technical feedback on activation-related issues
- Provide reports to the Direct Sales/Regional Manager
- Ensure BTL activities are held on schedule and report on results
- Prepare and execute monthly activation and BTL schedules
- Identify business and activation opportunities in the market
- Ensure adequate branding for and of the team
- Recruit Points of Activation
- Prepare and submit monthly itinerary on the last Friday of each month
- Prepare daily routes before field/market visits and send daily visitation trackers
- Hold daily morning meetings with the team and align on daily plans
Required Qualifications & Experience
- University degree from a recognized university with emphasis in Marketing, or Higher National Diploma (HND) from a related business field
- Minimum two (2) years' experience in a Sales and Distribution role
- Operation experience preferably in FMCG
- Proficiency in IT software such as Microsoft Office
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in verbal and written English
