About the Position

Catholic University College of Ghana, Fiapre-Sunyani invites applications from suitably qualified persons for the position of Dean.

Qualifications & Experience Required

The successful applicant must meet the following criteria:

• Hold professional status as a Senior Lecturer, Associate Professor, or Professor from an academic/research institution, or be a qualified person from industry eligible for this position
• Demonstrate capability in providing academic, managerial, and administrative leadership to the Faculty and its affiliated institutions
• Have the capacity to promote a collegial working environment within the institution
• Possess the vision and drive to oversee the growth and development of the Faculty
• Understand current trends in the higher educational landscape with an international outlook
• Be able to market the University/Faculty locally and internationally

Tenure

The successful candidate shall hold office for:

• 3 years for Associate Professors or Professors
• 2 years for Senior Lecturers

Candidates are eligible for re-appointment for a further term of up to three years (for Associate Professors/Professors) or two years (for Senior Lecturers).
