## Title: Customer Service Advisor

About the Position

A leading credit company operating in the Greater Accra Region is seeking a customer-focused individual to help build client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries about products, services, and company policies in a clear and helpful manner
  • Address and resolve customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
  • Explain product and service features, benefits, and relevant details to clients
  • Establish rapport and foster positive interactions to encourage repeat business and loyalty
  • Gather and collect customer information for service analysis and improvement
  • Handle inquiries via multiple communication channels including phone, email, live chat, and social media

Required Qualifications

  • HND or Bachelor's degree
  • Age between 23 and 28 years
  • Must reside in Accra
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients regarding sensitive topics such as billing and payments
  • Advanced math skills to maintain accurate records and support bookkeeping operations
  • Excellent organization skills for maintaining clear, accurate, and meticulous financial records
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy of records and invoices
  • Ability to multitask effectively

Preferred Experience

  • 2+ years of proven experience working as a customer service officer
  • In-depth knowledge of the microcredit environment
