About the Position
A leading credit company operating in the Greater Accra Region is seeking a customer-focused individual to help build client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with teams to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries about products, services, and company policies in a clear and helpful manner
- Address and resolve customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Explain product and service features, benefits, and relevant details to clients
- Establish rapport and foster positive interactions to encourage repeat business and loyalty
- Gather and collect customer information for service analysis and improvement
- Handle inquiries via multiple communication channels including phone, email, live chat, and social media
Required Qualifications
- HND or Bachelor's degree
- Age between 23 and 28 years
- Must reside in Accra
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients regarding sensitive topics such as billing and payments
- Advanced math skills to maintain accurate records and support bookkeeping operations
- Excellent organization skills for maintaining clear, accurate, and meticulous financial records
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy of records and invoices
- Ability to multitask effectively
Preferred Experience
- 2+ years of proven experience working as a customer service officer
- In-depth knowledge of the microcredit environment
