## Title: Customer Relationship Executive

Job Summary

Join our Customer Experience department as a Customer Relationship Executive. You will report to the Customer Engagement Manager and be responsible for delivering world-class customer service to all enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships between AT Ghana and enterprise customers by maintaining regular contact to ensure satisfaction
  • Develop and amend policies and procedures to promote customer intimacy for enterprise customers
  • Maintain a regular schedule of customer engagement activities including health checks, service reviews, and service camps
  • Alert customers to new or improved products and services while developing strong customer relationships
  • Administer surveys and collect customer feedback and data on concerns and issues
  • Assist in developing customer retention programs for enterprise customers
  • Fast-track and resolve complaints and trouble reports from enterprise customers in a timely manner
  • Ensure accurate and timely billing for enterprise customers
  • Drive timely bill payment from enterprise customers through follow-up calls
  • Provide support to the B2B Sales team for upselling products to enterprise customers
  • Prepare periodic and regular reports on enterprise customers to support decision-making

Qualifications & Experience Required

  • University degree in any field, with emphasis on Marketing, Business Studies, or related fields
  • Minimum of 2-3 years relevant experience in a similar role or B2B corporate relationship building
