Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Credit Recovery and Marketing Officer to join our team. In this role, you will attract new clients in the Accra region while ensuring strong company positioning, maximize recovery efforts, and maintain minimal arrears.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and deliver marketing campaigns within agreed timeframes
• Assist with the implementation of marketing strategy with specific objectives and targets
• Identify changes in the marketing environment and competitive strategies; evaluate and adjust marketing plans accordingly
• Support overall marketing objectives of the company both externally and internally
• Manage and control all matters relating to delinquent accounts by executing collection and recovery procedures
• Ensure appropriate actions are taken to guarantee full recovery of outstanding amounts
• Take remedial action when required to keep performance aligned with business objectives
• Perform administrative work and other functions related to collections and recoveries
• Monitor accounts daily in line with approved collections strategy

Required Qualifications and Experience

• HND or Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a credit officer
• Excellent knowledge of loan application procedures and best lending practices according to state laws and regulations
• Ability to work with loan management software
• Strong communication skills and proven customer service experience
• Exceptional analytical skills and ability to work with complex financial data
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work well under pressure
• Strong ethical behavior and professional integrity
