## Title: Credit & Recovery Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a professional Credit & Recovery Officer to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the disbursement and recovery of debts while supporting our growing client base.

Key Responsibilities

Sell company products to prospective clients
Register new clients and onboard them into our system
Recover debts and manage outstanding accounts
Monitor customer payment history and account status
Track customer complaint resolution and follow-up
Coordinate with support departments to ensure service delivery and implement growth strategies
Monitor accuracy of reporting and database information

Required Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or Higher qualification
Minimum 1-2 years of working experience
Proficiency in computer literacy and relevant software
Must reside in or near Kasoa, Dansoman, Madina, or Achimota
