Country Representative at Solidaridad Network

Position Overview

The Country Representative is responsible for strategic and programmatic leadership and oversight of Solidaridad's operations in Ghana. This nationally recruited position manages, directs, and shapes the vision for implementing the organization's operations throughout the country.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of actionable annual plans guided by the Global Regional Multi-Annual Strategic Plan (MSAP), and direct organizational work with sound management and development practices
• Identify and mobilize financial resources, leading engagements toward new business development and partnership opportunities in close collaboration with the Regional Director
• Lead the development of concept notes and programme proposals for funding
• Maintain the financial and legal integrity of the organization while upholding the highest standards of accountability
• Oversee all communication and marketing activities for the organization in-country and promote cross-country learning and knowledge sharing
• Ensure, track, and report to the Regional Director on programme and project performance within the context of the organization's monitoring, evaluation, and learning agenda
• Lead policy research, dialogue, and influencing activities by maintaining sound relationships with research, advocacy, and policy experts to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in selected target supply chains
• Facilitate the convening of and participation in appropriate strategic initiatives
• Manage human resources, financial stewardship, and general administrative oversight
