Country Representative at Solidaridad Network

Position Overview

Solidaridad Network seeks a Country Representative to provide strategic and programmatic leadership and oversight of operations in Ghana. This nationally recruited position will manage programme direction, fundraising, partnership development, strategy development, programme quality assurance, innovation, impact achievement, human resource management, financial stewardship, and general administrative oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of actionable annual plans guided by the Global Regional Multi-Annual Strategic Plan (MSAP), directing organizational work with sound management and development practices
• Identify and mobilize financial resources, leading necessary engagements for new business and partnership development in collaboration with the Regional Director
• Develop concept notes and programme proposals for funding opportunities
• Maintain financial and legal integrity of the organisation while upholding the highest standards of integrity and accountability
• Oversee all communication and marketing activities of the organisation in-country
• Promote cross-country learning and knowledge sharing initiatives
• Ensure tracking and reporting to the Regional Director on programme and project performance within the context of the PM&E and learning agenda
• Lead policy research, dialogue, and influencing activities by maintaining sound relationships with research, advocacy, and policy experts
• Support selected target supply chains to become more efficient and effective
• Facilitate convening of and participation in appropriate stakeholder engagements
