About the Role

OTIUM is seeking an experienced Chief Cook and Mini-Café Manager to lead kitchen operations and oversee our mini-café. You will be responsible for organizing the kitchen, managing food and beverage supplies, and ensuring exceptional quality standards across all operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and manage all kitchen operations
• Control and manage the mini-café
• Plan and prepare menus
• Monitor and control food and beverage supplies
• Ensure quality standards in dish preparation
• Train and supervise kitchen staff

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in kitchen management or culinary operations
