Job Summary
Responsible for coordinating and steering the activities of the SME Virtual platform to drive traffic to the platform. Ensure that the platform is customer-friendly and appealing to prospects. This role focuses on delivering consistent and superior customer experience while progressively growing the ARPU of each account in your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect for new SME clients virtually
- Identify potential clients and drive their traffic to the SME virtual platform
- Acquire new SME clients through virtual channels
- Implement virtual sales strategies to acquire SME clients
- Manage SME customer relationships
- Respond timely to customer complaints and inquiries
- Cross-sell MTN products and services virtually
- Periodically update the SME virtual site with relevant information on existing and new products and services
- Collate and analyze all information on customer inquiries and queries
- Achieve SME virtual sales targets
Required Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in a commercial function
Required Knowledge and Skills
- In-depth knowledge of the market and industry
- Knowledge of the range of corporate business partners
- Customer Relations Management expertise
- Understanding of technology and services
- Knowledge of standard office practices
