Position Overview
We are seeking a Controller, SME Direct Sales to support prospecting, acquiring, and growing SME customers in defined industry verticals within assigned territories. You will identify strategic and profitable SME customers while maximizing cross-sell and upsell opportunities to meet growth, retention, and market share targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Adopt and implement Direct Sales strategy and culture
- Develop and execute weekly, monthly, and annual account management plans to grow revenue, reduce churn, and retain assigned accounts
- Contribute to achieving SME Direct Sales market share targets for assigned portfolio
- Implement strategies to acquire SME clients in allocated industry segments
- Manage accounts effectively with focus on account growth and development
- Acquire specialized knowledge of assigned SME industry verticals
- Sell end-to-end solutions including mobile voice, mobile data, ICT services, VAS, bundles, and other products/services as introduced
- Support delivery of integrated business solutions aligned with customer needs
